I’m back. I hope it’s for good. I’ve tried this so many times and I’m ready to stop failing and start succeeding. I’m ready to start being happy.
I started a modified paleo diet today… I’m mostly just trying to cut back on sugars and processed foods. I don’t want to call it a diet because I’d really like for it to be a lifestyle change.
Next on the to-do list - Start working out regularly! I don’t have a gym membership, so I’m trying to get outside a lot. Running, swimming, walking, playing tennis. I need to start a fitness regime of some sort to build strength as well.
I think what I will do, to start, is do a daily intake entry and work out entry. I hope soon I’ll have some progress report. I feel really excited about the diet changes, and I hope I will start feeling more energetic and healthy.
It always starts well, but I am determined to make this end well. In fact, I’m determined for it not to end. I’m ready for a change.
